OK I just picked up Gran Turismo 4 yesterday. Brought it home, ripped it open, threw it in the PS2. Got it up and going, tried to switch the screen to 1080i on my Toshiba 32" hDTV - and it didtn' work.
May be simple; but I didn't even realize that Sony sold a Component video input cable for th PS2, is this what I need? Do I need the 5-prong component cord since I have an optical connection to the surround sound?
I've had digital cable / ps2 / vcr / dvd / hddtv setup for over a year now and i still haven't gotten around to really getting it properly set up. :)
