With difficulty. If you have enough money that you can plunk it down and not care, go for it. Otherwise, bit the bullet and keep what you have until it is necessary to change--but keep putting your current car payment aside (after you finish paying) and have either an emergency fund or chunk for the next car.
Maybe some day you'll either leave home voluntarily (or otherwise). It would be nice to be able to survive!
