You could just let it go grey but this wouldn't be my choice. Exposed teak will take on a nice weather grey look when exposed outdoors but pollution can often make it dark and nasty if your not lucky.
You can just oil the stuff. Most teak oils are just linseed oil (or tung oil) but they may have additives for UV protection that makes them more suitable for outdoor use. Just make sure you keep them appropriately oiled. If you won't use the stuff outdoors in the winter bring it in to help keep it looking good and maybe put it to use some place. However, having had a sailboat in our family with teak trim that got blasted by full sun and the elements all day it can be a handful to keep up especially if you aren't giving it regular care. But boats are in a particularly harsh setting so hopeful you won't find it as hard.
Varnish it with a marine varnish. It is tricky b/c teak doesn't take up varnish that well but a lot of the teak trim on sailboats is varnished. Still there is maintenance with this and I would not adopt it as your first approach. Don't try this until you have read up carefully on varnish teak.
Best place for information on exposed teak is sailing sources. This is especially true if you find yourself wanting to restore it after it gets weather or goes nasty.
