Odd (the owner), Chris, and Chris (service and parts managers) kept my Saabs going for years. I was heartbroken when they (from I what I understand) were forced to close by GM (beacuse Odd didn't want to "modernize" the facilities). Always trusted them 100% and they were always great to deal with!
When the conglomerate GM dealer came in to get files, etc. it was like someone had broken up the family. I was one of the last customers.
BTW, their showroom was an old house with room for one car. They maybe had 15-20 cars on the "lot" new and used.
