...that current management is content to continue to sell cars that are not competitive at firesale prices. I mean really, have they never been in anyone else's cars? The losses are no longer covered by the wanton profits on recreational trucks and suvs. The number of completely stupid buyers are decreasing faster and faster.
However if management can continue to say that all is improving, they can continue to recieve their outragous salaries and bonuses for a while longer. They must think all the remaining stupid people are stockholders?
It is all pretty amusing, if you're not a stockholder....or are not a diehard Saab fan.
And to top it off, the "pres" says they cut off talks with Renault/Nissan because it was a bad deal for GM's stockholders????
I continue to hope for a new day at Saab...the rest of GM can go.
