Not really a lot out there, most ones I've got I got on ebay. The best, IMHO, and one you would probably like, is "From Two Stroke to Turbo" - Anders Tunberg, published 1980. It is the history of SAAB in competition (mostly rallying) from 1950s to 1980 (when the factory stopped competing).
A rare book you would like if you're into the 9000 is "SAAB 9000 Turbo 16" produced in the late 1980s by Italian publisher Automobilia. It is tri-lingual (English, Italian and French).
Anders Tunberg's three books on the 900, 9-5 and NG 9-3 are all decent, but not as enjoyable a read, at least to me, at "Two Stroke to Turbo". "SAAB 900: A Swedish Story" "SAAB 9-5: A Personal Story" and "SAAB 9-3: A New Kind of Sports Sedan" (I think that's what it's called).
"SAAB 99 and 900 The Complete Story" - Lance Cole - is good.
SAAB's official "SAAB-Scania Story - Forty Years of SAAB Automobiles" is not great, but does include info on the 'planes.
"SAAB - Half A Century of Achievement" - Eric Dymock - I haven't read, but I expect it's good...
"MR SAAB" - Erik Carlsson story - should also be very good, I just haven't got it yet. I think that's available from the SAAB catalog.
This is by ne means exhaustive, but I think it covers most of what I know of.
