I'm no Excel expert, but...
When you hit the wall with keystroke recording, you need to go into the Visual Basic editor, find the macro you recorded, and insert the code you need. Get as close as you can with keystrokes, including a dummy Save or Print operation and it should be fairly obvious where the file name goes. You can then replace it with, say Range("A1"), supposing you had the file name in cell A1. Be sure to replace the whole name, including the surrounding quotes with Range("A1") with no quotes around it. You'll probably also figure out how to make up the file name without putting it in a cell...you'll see the code in the macro that did that for you.
If you've never programmed before this could be a bit daunting, but work on a scratch copy of your workbook and no harm will come from trying.
Good luck!
