AAA PLUS

I will never go without AAA. The amount of money saved in the last two years is fantastic. Never a problem with the Saab, but my 1985 diesel Suburban needs a tow about once a year. AAA is happy to tow (100 miles with PLUS), happy to unlock my car, and stands behind AAA authorized shops. For example I had a bad diagnosis while traveling in my suburban. AAA refunded 100% of the bill (parts and labor) when I got another diagnosis. That alone saved me about $130.

It would take a lot for me to ever want to switch. They are quite possibly the best company I've ever delt with (for any product or service). FWIW, they also help me set up my car loan. At the time they got me the best interest rate anywhere, the process was simple, and they are always polite on the phone. More companies should take after AAA.

The only thing they haven't been able to help on was insurance. No savings there for me. Everything else - WELL worth the money. And if you travel you'll get 10-15% off at almost all hotels.

Liam :-)
