SAAB USA makes it impossible to find out...

How can you find out about the incentives, other than through Edmunds (or wherever?)
It used to be that if you went to "current offers" on the SaabUSA website, and clicked on your region, you could see a list of the incentives. Now, when I do that, it asks for my zip code, and when I enter it, I get a page with a few links. If I click on any of them (including "shop all current offers) I get a page showing each model and MRSP -- no indication of what the incentives are! The "Jet into Spring Incentives" link takes me to the same page with MSRPs. It's been like this for several months.
But this is typical of the lack of attention that Saab pays to its website. I've had my 2008 for over 5 months, and the "owner center" still won't recognize my VIN to allow me to register my car. In fact, it wouldn't even acknowledge that my model even existed (a 2008 9-3 convertible) until I had the car almost 4 months!
When my 2005 9-5 was the subject of a recall, the "owner center" continued to report that there were no recalls affecting my car. Pardon my ranting. I could go on and on. I've had four Saabs over the past 20 years (all new) and I love the cars, but my sense is that unlike it used to be, SaabUSA doesn't give a damn about its customers.
