second guessing any of this. There are a lot of unknowns and it will all take some time to play out.

Koenigsegg is unknown to the average person, and even most gearheads. But they build cars that can have a buzz about them because they are fast and exceedingly exclusive. It wouldn't be a lot different than Lamborghini/Bugatti and VW or Ferrari/Maserati and Fiat.

For Saab, assuming Christian Koenigsegg has the automotive vision attributed to him and that he has some passion for Saabs (it's reported that he does), then why can't this be a good fit? His he a Steve Jobs or Richard Branson? I have no idea. But as I said in a previous note, it's a lot better than the drones at GM having control, or a company that has nothing to do with automobiles.

All we can do is give it a chance and hope for the best. Remember, without a buyer there is no more Saab.
