Will GM honor warranties and service centers?

I have a 2008 93 with only 5,000 miles. It has 4 years left in the factory warranty and 3 in the maintenance. There is only 1 Saab dealer in my area and it is not a GM dealer. If it shuts down, where will I have to take my Saab for warranty service? The nearest Saab/GM dealer is over 100 miles away.
Could I take it to a Cadillac or other GM dealer for warranty service? I have heard that Saturn owners in similar circumstances are having problems getting their cars serviced in other GM branded dealers.
If this is guranteed, is there a document stating such? If you look at the FAQ at SAABUSA it says "WHILE negotiaions are taking place, GM will service..."
Thanks,
