I have been told by the current owner, my good friend's mom, that it is the timing belt that is due for a change. I am not sure about the rest of the belts for the engine, I'll have the check them the next time I'm around the car.
Also, another issue with the car, the clutch sticks something fierce. Push it to the ground and that's where it stays until you pull up on it, in which it has to be pulled about half way up before it does the rest on its own. I'm going to temporarily remedy this by getting a toe clip off a bicycle pedal to get it to my city. I've tested it, and the clutch does in fact work, just sticky as all hell.
