Saab Roadside Assistance.....good job!!

I have to give credit where credit is due. My wife's pretty new, still under warranty, 9000 mile 9-5 Aero seemed slow to start when I pulled it out of the garage on Saturday morning to wash it. I decided I would run it by the dealer next week to have it checked out, but lo and behold, it died on Sunday, fortunately, in the garage. I called Roadside Assistance and spoke to a very polite human who offered to send a "field tech" to my home. She explained that if the issue was beyond a field repair, arrangements would then be made to flatbed the car to my dealer. One and 1/2 hour later, the tech called me to let me know he was parked in front of my garage. The whole issue was a faulty battery and he checked the charging system after the new battery was installed. Very nice guy, a Master-Tech at the Cadillac/Saab dealer who's sort of winding down toward retirement. I know people have had issues with Roadside Assistance, but I have to say that this was my second experience with RA, the first about five years ago that stranded my wife after dark......they had a tow truck on the scene in about 20-25 minutes.
