1. The same as the Aero Academy solution that Dano mentioned below; I used that on my 9-5 wagon.
2. A superwide center rear view mirror. I used that on my 9-3 convertible. The superwide center mirror that I bought from Walmart (of all places) is so wide that I can see the butterfly windows through it . . . then the outside mirrors can be swung really wide to the sides. That really helped solving the huge C-pillar problem that is common with convertibles.
