Ozone definitely works, though probably a bit expensive, and apparently has side effects, which I hadn't known about. Windex will definitely work too (ammonia), but even though No Snaab has not had any problems with it, I'd be leery of using it on plastics, rubber or leather (ammonia). I have used something called "Dakota Odor Bomb" with great effect to get rid of smells. You can probably google it, or look it up on the famous california based auction site associated with Meg Whitman, it's item # 310407557428 - I've bought it from that seller and it was great, used as directed and left overnight, with the car ventilated for an hour to clear out the next morning. I don't know about leaving it all winter; I'd probably just do it for a day as directed before storing the car. Maybe do one more treatment after you pull it out?
