What was unusual about this one was two separate entities both charging our card twice today. One each was obviously the "Test Charge" of an amount around $1 and the other was larger but still below most people's fraud radar hurdle.
I hadn't thought about an unsecured WiFi connection. That makes more sense than a cellular phone call - if the Square transaction was the hack point.
Just curious if others had noticed nyything similar following a credit card transaction using a Square device..
