I've been using the screws that hold the SRS (airbag) sensors and ECU into C900s and 9000s. They're the right thread, long enough to get through a frame as well as the plate, they are Tamper-proof T30 heads, and they are stainless...
So, if you've got a local pick & pull with late C900s and 9000s, look for the sensors on the inner fenders. 3 screws each. The SRS ECU is usually behind the dash, at least in the C900.
