Yeah, those are just the two fuel cost points I'd calculated. We're still debating hauling the stuff ourselves vs. shipping it, either by USPS if we can leave behind the larger items, or moving company/pod if we can't.
So it's really a 3-way comparison between box truck, van (if it's even possible), and car.
We did look at minivans and SUVs but one item that's still in discussion is the (queen size) bed. If we have to take that, the smallest vehicle that would accommodate it is a full-size van.
As you can tell, this is just in the early planning stages - we really have no idea what we're going to end up doing! We're just trying to figure out what our options are.
