K people, I may have a stalker or my 9-3 might Posted by vvack0matic [Email] (#1443) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vvack0matic) on Wed, 15 Jan 2014 17:05:04 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
We all know how stunning the 9-3 looks. I don't drive mine to often being I prefer the 9-5. Last time I had the 9-3 out was christmas and being it had rain dirt on it I thought to get in it drive to the car wash and clean it. Now I love the look of the 9-3 and have fitted the car with wheels that was meant to be on the car from birth which gives me a smile driving down the road.
So taking the car out first stop was the grocery store and being I had frozen foods I though to run back home drop them off then go to the car wash thats on the other side of town (takes approximately 45min to an hour to get to) Popped the trunk dropped the food in got in the car started it up and started to roll out of the spot (forward, there wasn't a car parked in front of me) as I'm leaving a bubble car races up behind me driver hanging out the window and honks their horn. (my reasoning was, there was a car next to me with a driver in the car just sitting and perhaps this bubble car was their friend because I sure didnt know them.
So continued on my way. Dropped off the frozen foods and headed to the car wash, its one of them touchless washes where you sit in the car and watch the pole go round and round. Its been several hours later while I`m in the wash bay and I see someone standing in front of my exit just on the other side of the air blower. I got the works so the wash was about 5min and the entire time this guy was standing there looking at me.
I`m thinking.. (oh' here we go or more like wtf)
wash is done and while I`m exiting the guy comes waving up to me over to the driver side window.
I roll it down and this guy starts saying 'man I like your rims where did you get them. So I told them cali. and stated their custom stamped from the manufacturer to fit this cars bolt pattern. Then he asked how much they were, I replied 'it was enough to hurt the finances pretty bad. Then he said' do you think they would fit my car and pointed to his car which was the same bubble car at the grocery store.
I ended the conversation with you`ll need to get your bolt pattern off your car and the manufacture will custom stamp any rim you want to fit your car.
In hindsight after I told him their custom made to fit this car, he was wondering if these wheels will fit his car. What is he planning on stealing them from me. He had what looked to me new bubble car with aftermarket rims and to guess on his age, I`d say he was 25.
Ive had nice wheels or aftermarket rims my entire life on all my vehicles but never had someone so obsessed that would find me clean across the other side of town and wave me down to talk. I`m sure its not over next time I`m somewhere with the 9-3 this guy will find me suppose next time I should get his plate number or something.
