Yeah, I wouldn't spend $65 on that unless it is a museum car that will never see a car wash or sunshine. There are pretty good other options, imho.
Living up here in the "Great White North", we regularly are faced with the same dilemma: reasonably cheap parts available in the USA, but exorbitant shipping prices (when you include duty etc - did you factor that in?). UPS in particular is completely horrible at taking things across the border. They frequently want $50 in "fees" to "process" customs + duty, which in many cases is just the tax (eg if the part is made in North America)... $10-20 to throw it in the mail sounds reasonable to me.
