No personal experience with this or any similar company. You can review Consumer Reports' take on them. It's not favorable but everyone has an opinion. Based on my personal experience with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), I'm leery of having my personal or financial info at a single point from which it can be hacked.
I held a high-level clearance for years before my retirement and all of my personal and family info related to that clearance (SSNs, addresses, places and DOBs, dates of death, ad nauseum) was held by the OPM. Of course, the OPM was hacked by a foreign adversary a few years back and, as confirmed by the 'we regret to inform you letter' I received from the Feds, the info I had reported properly and faithfully for decades is now somewhere in China and who knows where else.
Want to protect your identity? Minimize credit cards, give your phone number and SSN to no one, and regularly and proactively change account passwords and PINs.
Finally, here's the identity theft from Hell: a woman I was with on jury duty had her identity stolen by her ne'er do well twin sister. Said she had been fighting issues on account of that for over 20 years.
