gee thx ! a lot ! they built thr range rover vert as the orig land rovers were verts ! and it makes huge sense for taking in nature whilst on and off road besides it';s FUN !
verts are the BEST, most sporty vehicles and the modern tops are insulated stay quiet and have a rear glass window and go up $ & down in 19 seconds up to 30 MPH whilst you do it ! yes it only hasa 4 cyl but a TURBO 4 cyl (like a Saab !- and it is not a crappy Ford motor anymore ! they designed/built their own and it IS GOOD ! and 290 HP w/ just a chiptune fr another RR is available! it does go surprisingly FAST as it has a NINE-speed transmission! sport mode avail and even shift paddles ! any more questions ?
What about the performance?
The Evoque convertible is available solely with a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine which makes 237 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque, power is sent to all four wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission.

The Evoque is no lightweight although a claimed 0-60 mph time of 7.6-seconds is commendable if not as quick as more traditional convertibles. Compared against other luxury compact SUVs it also falls some way short of cars like the BMW X3 and Porsche Macan.

Despite its lack of outright speed, the Evoque is more than capable in both city and highway motoring and the claimed average 23mpg rating is commendable too.

if you really need a SUV get a Alfsa romeo stelvio w/ the quadrofoglio motor 505 HP ! 90% of the sedan performance no other SUV can top it cept maybe a porsche turbo !
