...I used peanut oil sparingly after warnings here not to use too much. I rubbed it in using clean rags, turning them frequently to keep using a clean part of the cloth. I then took another cloth and wiped off the residue, using a fair amount of "elbow grease". I looked pretty good when I got done, but a week or so later there is still some visible haze in spots. I guess I need to go over the trim again with some more peanut oil...
