I also bought my Saab at Gartner in Naperville. Good sales experience, so far poor service experience, but it's only been in twice. They get a few more chances before I call it a loss and go somewhere else. First experience they gave me a loaner someone had been smoking in, my fiancee is very sensitive to cigarette smoke and they had nothing else available. Also, my car came back with mud on the floor mats. I got them to give me a free car wash and interior detail for that one. Second experience is when my plates came in, I was told at time of sale that I could bring the car in, they'd install the plates (not like I can't do it myself) and give me another car wash. When I went in there was really no one helpful, they just handed me the plates, and I had to find a random service guy in the service bay and say, "Hey, you're not done yet." Finally they got a kid to put the plates on and wash it. If I wasn't supposed to get it done, they shouldn't have told me when they sold me the car.
Anyway. I know those are picky things (maybe not the floormats, that one pissed me off) which is why they get another chance. I hope nothing goes seriously wrong and my fears are justified by a bad service experience for a major problem.
