Disconnect your battery -ve lead, and connect an ammeter in series with the battery. Do this with the ignition off. Have your ammeter set on a high current range initially, say 10 amps.
If the current reads zero, change the current range to a lower one, until you get a reading. You should get a reading of a few mA - power for the clock, radio memory, and alarm (if you have one).
If the current drain is more than say 50mA, then something is wrong. The easiest way to troubleshoot is to pull fuses one-by-one until the current drain stops. This way you know which circuit is drawing the current.
The next step will depend on what you find, which circuit it is. If you do have a curent drain, tell us which fuse stops it.
It's also worth checking your charging system. With the car running, and a new battery installed, measure the voltage across the battery terminals. Should be 13-14v.
