They make loads of money off you, and the warranty is SaabUSA not dealer specific. I bring 10-20 year old saabs to whichever local dealer can fit me in first sometimes when no one else can fix the problem. They are fast, curteous, and do it right the first time with no BS. We have two local dealers, and they really compete over service. Even when a local mechanic screwed up my 1980 the dealer didnt even raise an eyebrow when I pulled in, just fixed it, charged me what I think was a reasonable price, and gave me coupons for future service work. Whatever you do, they will be happy to get your money, and will be happier if you stick with them in the future. Shop around for the best, as Saab service seems to change dramatically from one dealer to another. Find a dealer with well trained personell, who treat you right.
