Yes but not quite a direct bolt-up. The diameter of the inner drivers changed in '86 so they will have to be swapped. The 1983 uses a solid front motor mount, so you will have to swap it for the hydraulic mount from the 1988. Also, the shifter centering mechanism is external on the 1983, internal on the 1988, so you will have to install the centering mechanism from the 1983 car into the 1988 car. Good luck.
