I recently moved to the Triangle, and I had SI replace a leaky radiator hose. Their pricing was upfront and fair. About a week later when my coolant level warning came on, I went back, they pressure tested the system, couldn't find what was wrong (so just tightened some things), and said come back if it happens again. It did again, so they looked again. This time they cleaned up around the hoses so they would know where it was leaking if it came back becuase it would stain the compartment somewhere. The 3rd time was the charm...it turned out that the hose they had changed was not seated perfectly, so it was leaking very slowly.
All 3 times back they took me in right away with no appointment, were very communicative with what they were doing, let me watch them work, and didnt charge a dime (which is good because it was their error). The fact that it took 3 times was fine with me, I had my head in the engine bay with them and couldnt figure it out either. Better late than never.
The service manager JJ is great.
Plus one of the senior guys used to live near my hometown of Rochester, NY, so we had some good conversations. :)
Bottom line, I like'm.
HTH,
Brian
