check the 9-3 BB. I looked and search but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Describe the problem in detail on that BB, and mention there is a kit for transmission problems. Maybe someone can point you in the right direction. I think I printed this thing out at one point.

If I remember there is a troubleshooting chart and kits/fixes. An example might be "customer has trouble shifting into 4th gear", replace sychro.

The fix is out there, it would help to have a copy of it in your hand when you walk into the dealer. That way they won't be able to blow you off saying "nah, we've never heard of that." Worst case you'll get a "can not duplicate the problem" by the tech.
