Carryover allowance has been paid on the Linears. Which means that you receive the 10% discount, and then you can take 0% financing on top of that. The end of this month is the best chance all year to save $$$ on a Linear.

And you are correct on incentives. The Arc, for example still has $5800.ºº in Alt Merch. Assistance., therefore it would be in most people's best interest to take the incentive. The only case that would differ would be a sever negative equity case. If someone needs to roll over a great deal of negative equity into the new car note.
