... jump on this topic and forum to ask you something : my Saab mech. just have made a big
service to my '92 9000 2.3i Auto. Now I am fitted with 0w30 oil coming from 10w40.
Being a non mech., what are the qualities of both oils ? And, by having this change, what do I gain or what do I loose ?

P.S : Living in Brussels, Belgium, Europe... I am facing a temperate climate going from about
2° or 3° Celsius during winter to 15° C at spring, to more or less 25°/ 30° C at summer.
Quite humide too.
