Transmission fluid is cheap, so I'd start there. Put some in, see what happens. I'd probably hose down the side of the case with Castrol Super Clean or something similar so it will be very apparent what is new leak and what isn't. For fluid, if +4 fluid is specified any +4 will work in there. Just be sure you've got the right spec. +4 is Chrysler's fluid, so that would make sense. :)
