of selling our house, (going on the market next weekend) and we'll have enough money, after putting 20% down on the next house, to pay down the jeep so its a bargin for somebody else, and then buy a cheaper car (less than 5k) and have no more car payments... I would love to have no car payments more than having the patriot.

I've had a car payment for one car or another for the last 6 years. It would be nice to just own my cars again.

our other option is to just pay down the patriot big, and then re finance it, and hopefully pay it off more quickly, but I would rather just be free of the car payments, then I could save up and buy another one again in just a couple of years pretty quick.
