In the USA the 9-3SS Linear used the 2.0t engine and the Arc/Vector/Aero used the 2.0T engine. I don't know what all the differences between the 2.0t and 2.0T engines, but i do know that the 2.0t uses a smaller turbo than the 2.0T engine.
Maptun shows the following information:
2.0t
stock - 175HP & 195FtLb
stage 1 - 210HP & 228FtLb
2.0T
stock - 210HP & 228FtLb
stage 1 - 240HP & 250FtLb
Nordic Tuning offers software upgrades for the 2.0t and 2.0T with similar results, and is available thru http://www.genuinesaab.com.
