what do you mean "After adaption runs, how long before I need to adapt again?"
why would you repeatedly adapt?
if you feel the performance has droped off re adapt it
it just takes a hand full of WOT pulls from 2500-4000RPM to adapt & then mabey about a day of driving for the idle strategy & stuff to setup
thats about it
