I attached the spring to the WGA(via underneath the lower bolt to where the WGA bolts onto the turbo housing) and the other end to where the WGA arm attacheds to the WG level.
I used a throttle return spring that had straight ends on both sides. The side that I bolted to the WGA bolt I made a hook and fastened it underneath the actuall bolt. The other side I hooed it through the small hole on the underside of the pin that holds the WGA arm to the WG level and bent it backwards. It took a few tries and two different prings to figure out the right tension to make it work properly.
