Hello there,

I have a full abbott stainless 2.5" system for my 9000. (which is an embarrasment to admit now unfortunately, considering the price, and the fact it's not 3")

anyways... you're correct, they used to give a lifetime warranty.

I even spoke with a represenative one time before purchasing the system, although i can't remember wether he was in the us or the uk, but i even thought the warranty was transferable to the next owner of the vehicle...

I have a crack in my muffler as well, and the system is off the car at the moment, and with my other work planned i cannot afford to go to a 3" system yet, so i'll squeeze every cent out of the system i have now...

however, i was just wondering myself about how to go about this warranty.

It's a shame they don't still make their dual tip mufflers to mirror the carlson style tips, now that i have a 9000 with the body kit to support the dual tips, i was hoping to get some sort of trade in...

...but you're correct they changed their exhaust section around on their site.

I'm not afraid to pay for an international call, so if i call them first I'll post my results on this thread here, I was about to call soon anyways.
