They make oversized pistons for the 2.0 motor and the 2.3 b234r block. They make them .020 over and the largest I see is 93mm bore size pistons, if you do the math and round up its a 2.5L :-) Maptun has a lot of this performance stuff, larger forged pistons, rods, cams, larger valves, lightweight spec flywheel sfi certified and many other goodies :-)
I just put a b234r motor in my ng900 with gt3071r .64ar and I love the extra torque and broader power band. I have to say its fun to spin in third gear at 75mph:-)
My current ecu is a little rich and concervative, but I already have a new one on the way from Jak and I can't wait to try it out :-) I love the b234r motors. I went with stock piston/rods and total seal rings, new hone job and bearings, seals, timing chain etc. B234r FTW!!! They are good to 450-500bhp with stock pistons....
