you can buy rolls of rubbery/cloth matrix material for cupboards and drawers to keep things from sliding around. I forget what it's called, but you could put some of that in your seat.
At Viggen flight academy, we learned to put the seat a little bit back, tighten up the seatbelt, and then slide the seat forward to your preferred position for a little extra grip.
Tight seatbelts make all the difference; one of the two major reasons I despise the automatic seatbelts in the 88-89 900's. (My favorite years for the C900 turbos).
If you've ever left the roadway, you will appreciate the value of tight seatbelts for keeping you in place.
