Take CARE when shifting,don't power shift or try and speed shift as you'll certainly cause quite a bit more shock to the drive line. Strangely,my 9000T prefers it if I lift off for quite some time,slot it in and then progressively reapply power. It actually shifts much quickly and more smoothly this way and the transmission just seems happier this way.
