Silicone anyone? Posted by Everett [Email] (#2220) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Everett) on Thu, 23 Apr 2009 06:21:07 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
This site seems to be the cheapest around and the quality is as good or better than anything I've found.

They use 5 ply silicone (4 ply reinforcement) and they do not scale the prices depending on the size of pipe like other places do. After measuring my 9000 I'm going to go with these sizes:
TB - 2.5" to 2" 90 degree reducer
BPV - 1" straight coupler
IC Left - 2.25" 90 degree elbow
IC Right - 2.25" to 2" 90 degree reducer
Turbo - 2" 90 degree elbow
(+ T clamps all around)
Please chime in if you have had difficulties in the past. I haven't found too many detailed posts on this subject, so it must be pretty straight forward. I've chosen to go smaller whenever the measurement was different than the size available (e.g. 3/8" -> 1/4") based on the feedback from the supplier that the hoses will stretch up to 1/4".
Thanks,
Everett
