The difference in performance between sea level and higher altitude will be less with a turbo car, but still significant. Go to dragtimes.com and plug in some numbers. My car did 13.82 at about 3200 feet, and the estimator there converted it to 13.5 or so. (I selected the "highly modified NA or turbo car" option).
