Instead of taking the engine apart, you could maybe find a b234 engine from a 9k and drop it in. I know people do this in 9-5s but never heard of anyone doing it in a Viggen. The b234 engine can handle 500 hp in stock form and can be had rediculously cheap if you find one at a "u pull it" junk yard. I paid $200 for a 80k engine for my 9k. Thats less than you'd spend on forged pistons alone not to mention all the other crap you'd need to buy. With that engine, a cheap turbo like a holset, and a little research, you'd be suprised how cheap it is to reach your power goals. Now, if you just want to pay someone else to think for you, be prepared to paid a lot for it.
