Swaybars are there to allow manufacturers to fit soft springs and squishy shocks for a comfy ride while controlling roll in corners. Swaybars are a bandaid and really not much more.
So, if you're trying to get the best performance in the twisties, find the right rate springs and get a good/matching non-linear shock, and dump the swaybars. (Of course, the resultant ride may be unbearable on the street, but you did say "best cornering")
