Rotors will absolutely glaze when super-heated pad material glues itself to the rotor. Although pads are more likely to glaze, under track conditions that goop gets everywhere. You can use slotted rotors to help vent gas, reduce fade, and clean the pads, but it doesn't do much for the rotors. You can always do a test by using some fine sandpaper (I've read don't use aluminum oxide) and seeing if that improves your situation.
