T7 Stage 3 ECU Congested?

I have a Nordic Stage 3 ECU in my 2002 Viggen with all the appropriate hardware, thanks to Nick at GS. The car has been running great with this setup for the past 7 years except after every few months the car slowly loses power and begins to feel congested. When I reset and readapt the ECU it feels like I've gained 60 butt dyno HP!
Has anyone else experienced this?
Why could this be?
I don't drive like an old granny bit do not step into it until the car is fully warmed up. I don't mind having to do this but wonder if there is some sort of underlying issue. Thanks for your input.
