I took delivery of my new '00 viggen on oct 17th and I must say I was very ecstatic and on cloud 9. It was my first new car and it's one bad mutha. exactly one week after purchase I meet with a deer. not fun. a few thousand in damage and I was without viggen for about 2 weeks. a week and a half after that I come out of a bar to see that some a hole side swiped my front bumperarea, Im still searching that parking lot for a green car with black paint on the passanger side. fast foward to one week ago. Im staying over my girlfriends. she wakes my up at 5:00am to tell me my alarms going off. every time I would shut it off it would go off again. I just ended up pulling fuses to get it to quite. what a pain. Its 25 degrees outside, 5 in the morning and Im outside wakin up the neighbors with my damn alarm that wont go off I was the only one that it didnt wake up. Im suprised someone didnt shoot me. I had to get it towed back to dealership because it wouldnt start after that. they replaced something ,dont remember what he said it was, and then they needed my spare key and spare remote. they said something about having to reprogram them. can you believe it? all within the first 1700 miles hopefully this will be it and I can actually enjoy driving it for a while.
