The turbocharger itself will work for sure, it may have to be reclocked as WASSAAB says if used with a 900T exhaust manifold, reclocking is no big deal.
I have a 9000 exhaust manifold that I plan to try, but haven't yet. I honestly think that it will work, although I'm sure it won't be easy, the motor mount may need to be modified and sheilded from heat. If so, it would make some things better and a some worse. I feel the 9000T center dump would be much better than the 900T log exhaust manifold. This would also give the the exhaust a straight shot to the rear and do away with that 90 degree header pipe. Intake plumbing would be longer, but I don't think that is a problem.
If you try the center dump 9000 exhaust manifold and it does fit and looks feasiable, you should be able to use the oil lines (feed and return from the 9000), but you will have to fabricate the water coolant lines and the header pipe and all intake plumbing will have to fabricated, even if you don't use an intercooler.
Even if the exhaust manifold works, you are in for more than just the simple bolt on that a 900T donor car would give you.
Even if you don't use the stuff from the 9000T, putting a turbo on your N/A 900 is a very worthwhile project and can be done cheaply and easily.
