I looked at the photos and now I think I understand what you did.From what I see it looks like you pried the aluminum tabs open that hold the cap to the intercooler and put new end caps ,then just bent hem back. I think it is a great idea. I would like to now where you got the aluminum end caps from? If you dont mind sharing your information.
