Hi,
Just thought I'd try and clarify the difference between the T5 and T7 Trionic management systems.
A T5 car will, by nature, vary in performance depending on outside factors such as altitude, ambient temp., fuel octane, humidity etc.
A T7 car will not, as the S/W will adapt boost pressure, ignition etc. to compensate for outside factors in order to achieve a preset torque curve no matter what... (certain limitations of course).
A T5 car on the other hand has the boost curve preset, thus performance will be night and day depending on conditions. Give me a cold, humid autumn day and my 9K Aero will kick most other cars. On a warm dry summer day...don't think so... It will be very sluggish...
